This is a sales and promotion position working for the Dust Bowl Brewery Co. Sales Department. This position aims to facilitate the sale of beer, support our Distributor partners, build relationships with retail customers both on and off site, and promote our Brand at various events throughout the year. You will spend most of your time on the road. This position has no fixed schedule and will cover evenings and weekends. You will be asked to adjust your schedule to meet the needs of the position.

- Set Approved Account List and Maintain Regular Call Frequency on Existing Local Account Build Strong Relationships and Increase Sales of Dust Bowl Brands.
- Develop the Agreed Non-Buy Onsite Target List and Schedule of Meetings with Decision Makers to Sell Dust Bowl Brands To Expand Distribution and Increase Sales of Dust Bowl Brands.
- Set the Agreed Independent Off-Premise Register an Account and Maintain Regular Calling Frequency to Build Strong Relationships, Sell New Brands and Plans, and Increase Display Activity.
- call Local Chain Store to Maximize Execution Official Activity at the Store Level including Promotions, Placements and Displays.
- Build a Strong Network with Wholesale Sales Team (Team Leader and Sales Representative) through Daily Communication and Collaborative Work.
- Schedule Promotions Regularly on Local Accounts and Participate in Exhibitions, Festivals and Marketing Events to Increase Dust Bowl Brand Awareness in the Market through Product Trials and Education.
- Participate in Team Activities such as Brewing Events, Crew Trips and Other Activities Requested from Time to Time
- Ensure Weekly/Monthly Admin Responsibilities Completed and Submitted On Time.
- Take Personal Responsibility For Your Development And Learning
- Communicate with wholesalers on a regular basis to ensure we are aligned and fully implement the agreed action plan.
- Ensure Dust Bowl prices are competitive by knowing the wholesale PTR and retail PTC in your market. Complete the PTC survey as requested and make sure we have the latest version of our wholesale price.
- Review wholesale inventory levels and check code dates regularly by walking the warehouse. Communicate any issues.
- Participate in sales meetings as may be requested from time to time to launch new brands/packages and be the face of the Dust Bowl.
